|Summary||0000026: Seperate costs for OSPF external redistributed networks|
|Description||it's impossible to set costs on external routes injected into a OSPF network by a ASBR. All external routes of a given type that are redistributed (connected, static, other ospf, bgp, rip) are only able to have a global cost set on an ospf instance level. It doesn't matter if you choose ext1 or ext2 for redistribution, all routes are redistributed with the same global cost.|
There is no way to use a "/routing filter" to rewrite the ospf cost on egress from the router.
|Steps To Reproduce||For example:|
router1 with static route to subnet A with metric 1.
router1 with static route to subnet B with metric 150.
All of those routes are redistributed with the same OSPF cost, the default cost for static routes. There is no way to customize it.
