Summary0000050: Fetch mode http ignores address if host is specified
DescriptionSomewhere between 6.0RC9 and 6.1 the behavior of fetch changed so that if you specify a host parameter as well as an address the host is resolved and used an the address is ignored. Prior to that the address was used and the host would populate the http header so you could use your scripts to check specific ip's for host with multiple ips or send http commands through proxy addresses.
Steps To ReproduceRun a command specifying an address and a host

/tool fetch address=192.168.1.1 host=www.google.com src-path=/test.html mode=http

6.1 will go to google.com previous versions would connect to 192.168.1.1
